- Sabartees reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. 

- By using our services, you accept our policies regarding orders, payments, shipping, and refunds. 

### **2. Orders & Payments** 

- All orders must be prepaid through the available payment options. 

- **Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available by default.** If you want COD, you must WhatsApp us at **9380716725**, agree to pay **10% of the order amount in advance**, and proceed only if you accept this condition. 

### **3. Shipping & Delivery** 

- Orders are processed and shipped within the estimated timeframe provided on our website. 

- Delivery delays due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Sabartees. 

### **4. Returns & Refunds** 

- Customers can request a refund within **15 days** of receiving their order. 

- Refunds are processed within **10-15 days** after approval. 

- **A video of the parcel being opened is mandatory** for refund requests. 

- Used, washed, or damaged products, and customized items, are not eligible for refunds. 

### **5. Product Quality & Variations** 

- We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but minor variations in color and design may occur. 

- No claims will be entertained for minor differences caused by screen resolution or lighting effects.
